The location of this hotel was great, it was easily accessible with public transportation and close to many shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were definitely a plus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing great customer service throughout our stay.
The room was a bit outdated and didn't quite match the pictures online. Additionally, the noise level from outside made it difficult to sleep at times. while there were some positives to our stay, the outdated room and noise level were major drawbacks to an otherwise decent experience.

Spent New Year's Eve at a great hotel! Staff was really helpful, always attending and making sure we had everything we needed. Room was clean and had a good size. Close to the subway station and located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and places to visit. The gym and pool facilities were very modern and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!
The maid's attention to detail wasn't the best, as she only left one tea bag per day. Also, there was some noise coming from the construction next door, which was disturbing during the whole stay. The bar was a bit small and not very cozy, so we rather went to other places nearby.

This hotel is conveniently located close to several metro lines, making it easy to explore the area. The room service is top-notch, and the breakfast has a great variety. The room also has an amazing view, perfect for taking pictures or enjoying the scenery. As a group of friends, we loved the leisure facilities, including the pool and gym.
The only downside is the room's carpet, which could use some cleaning.

Wonderful and brilliant hotel and great restaurant. Magnificent and decent location, minutes from Fulton Mall, liked this place. Positioned in the nice enough area. The room was neat and bright, and we were provided with a couch and the mens bathroom, for example.

The hotel had a cool vibe overall, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved that I could grab food and snacks right in the lobby. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.
The hotel was a bit pricey, but I suppose that's to be expected given the location. Additionally, although the design was hip and fun, it may not appeal as much to older travelers. Finally, while the location was convenient, it could be a bit noisy at times.

Attractive rooms and attentive staff with wonderful staff members. Plenty of affordable food for meals. Ideal location near June. Close to a subway station in the very nice area.
Its breakfast certainly should have been included.

The setting was beautiful and ideal, very close to Brooklyn Bridge and Brooklyn and the subway. The staff were accommodating and had a sense of humour. The check in was fast, the room was stocked with 2 double beds and safe, as example.
